Sometimes I think about the last two decades of my career, from starting at UBS Paine Webber to starting TenBridge Partners to where I sit today. So many memories, and time has gone by so quickly. Hard for me to imagine some of you have worked with me through it all. Regardless if you have or have not, I can say right now our client base is the best it has ever been. Our day is spent serving you and we couldn’t be happier and prouder to do so.
The team has been hard at work engaged with a coach over the past several months, really taking a deep look at what we do, how we do it, and how we will change and grow together. I’m really proud of Sirra, Scott, Libby, and Annie for their significant contributions to this process and for bringing their best each and every day. It is truly humbling.
As we roll into 2026, we have worked to define our values as a team: what do we stand for and why do each of us choose to work for TenBridge? What values do we bring to our process and day-to-day work environment driving client results and growth for the Firm?

Over the decades I have had many team members and worked with lots of different people. They were all great, but the current crew, my final crew, are simply over the top. I know, it has taken me 15 years since TenBridge started to achieve this long-term goal. But here we stand and the future looks bright. How does the song go? “The future’s so bright, I gotta wear shades.”
You will see some small changes. Scott is handing over some Schwab minutia to Annie. Sirra will be presenting more financial plans. And Libby will be taking over more data input for Sirra. A lot of the changes are internal and help us work more effectively and efficiently to deliver best in class service and results to you, the people who make up the fabric of our Firm.
We aren’t “Wall Street” and we aren’t a big national firm. We are a small boutique financial planning family-focused firm that is active and engaged meaningfully in our clients’ lives, helping them to navigate uncertainty and make some of the biggest decisions they face.
We are about people; we are about community and friendship; we are about each other.
And I must tell you, after 24 years in the business, damn, it feels good to have arrived!
